Founded in 2004 and privately held, MDF also invest in new ventures. Currently our portfolio companies includes Media Smart (Programmatic Mobile Advertising Platform), GELT (FMCG App focused on coupons & cashback in supermarkets).

In 2015 Moviplans, another e/m commerce venture was acquired by DIA, one of the biggest Spanish supermarkets chains.
